My hair has been falling out since i was like 13-14 and now im 15 and it still falls out and now u can see my scalp more (like if i put my hair in a ponytail then u will see me scalp alot) My hair keeps on fallin out everyday and in the back of my head u can see the hair line and it looks really bad ..I dont know wut to do..pleasee i need good advice..problay professional if i can get it....i eat iron, calcium, and vitamin c vitamins and i hab a wide tooth comb, my shampoo varys: i use herbal essence-hyrdation one, i use a sunsilk shampoo thick and strong, and sometimes i use head shoulders because my head itches and feels gross so i hab to use it but it doesnt do any good...Can anyone please help..i dont know wut to do i cant relax, i feel ugly b/c of my hair. It is so flat now b/c i lost alot of hair and it gets oily faster and makes my HAIR Look MORE Flat...im gonna commit suicide if my hair doesnt have any improvement pleasee i need help....i cant calm down there is nothin i can do

They provide just enough nutrients to strenghten you hair. After a month or so on that, try the anti-flat sunsilk. I tried those both with shampoo and conditioner. do this, and I promise your hair will look and feel a lot better.

i hope theese products help! and also, alot of ppl's hair fall out! remember, dieing ur hair can make it worse! so don't die ur hair! if you can, go to beuty supply, and they sell wigs made from real human hair! so, you can get one that looks similar to your hair and wear it! it won't look fake! don't wear ur hair in a pony tail, try scrunching it, and crimping it!

The best thing to give your hair volume and a healthy shine is a bit....yucky, but is time tested and your perfect solution. Take a tall glass and into it add 2 eggs and fill the rest with some beer. Stir it up really good and head to the shower. Wash your hair with this and rinse well. Towel dry your hair and wait at least 1 hour before washing with your favorite mid grade shampoo / conditioner. I'm sure this sounds silly, but it works. Simple enough

I understand your frustration ...I have pcos and my hair is falling out..i hate it. But you know ..there is a LOT more to life than looks and your hair..I wish my hair was the biggest of my worries. You are young ..and your hair can grow back..see a doctor and dont give up.

at the rate that your hair is falling out, i think you should definitely see your doctor. it could be a hormonal imbalance that's causinig it.
some of the product lines that are sold for thinning hair/hair loss are Nioxin and Rogaine. i currently use the Nioxin Scalp Cleanser and Scalp Therapy conditioner. i think they've helped but are expensive.
if you want to try something less expensive, try Queen Helene Garlic shampoo. i know many people from the hair care boards that say this works, but i haven't used it myself.

Does anyone know what shampoo that will make my hair have volume and not fall out? right...try, boots' own baby shampoo and a leave in cream instead of conditioner..the shampoo formula is a lot gentler than sunsilk etc. so this could prevent hair loss, shampoo as normal, leave it in for 3-4 minutes and make sure you moisturise into ur scalp then wash out, use the leave-in cream evenly over your hair then comb through. The leave in cream doesnt make hair so oily as i use it. Avon do a really good leave-in cream btw. Also try not to alternate through shampoo brands as it can make hair quite dry if they are specified for different things. Also use a heat defence spray before blow-drying your hair and if u use straightners. if it gets worse see your hairdresser. and before blow dryng use a volumising mousse/hair spray at your roots, such as pantene, this will give it more lift. x

Every night before going to bed, I washed and massaged my head with very warm water until what remained were those still intact. Then I massaged it briskly with plenty of coconut oil or olive oil for three minutes. After breakfast the next day, I did the same ritual.
As I go to the office everyday, I wore a cap. In the office, they didn't mind my head soaking with oil because they know what I am up to.
One morning after two weeks, I woke up with my head so itchy I thought something went wrong. When my brother looked down at my head and parted some of my still remaining hair, he saw very small black and healthy hair sprouting abundantly. I continued doing it until the hair grew normally.
