Is it normal to lose a lot of hair in the shower?

It;s perfectly normal. The dead hair detaches but stays tangled in the rest of your hair. The show just removes all of the dead hair from your head. The old hair has to come out so more can come in its place. Don't worry to much about it.

loool. I do. I shed like a dog. And sometimes, it clogs the drain.. xD. But yes, it's normal. You're suppose to lose up to at least 100 strands of hair a day. BUT, if it's coming out in clumps,.....I would get some help.

I don't know if it's normal or not, but I do it. Also, when I blow-dry my hair, my hair get on the floor, walls and everywhere. I still have a ton on my head though, so I don't worry too much about it.

It is normal to shed hair, how much varies from person to person. If you never lost a lot of hair before though, and it just suddenly started, that usually means that you have overprocessed and damaged your hair with color and/or perms or heat styling, or that you are deficient in some particular nutrient(s) and need to see the doctor to find out what's up. If that's the case, it's usually remedied by a healthy diet and a multivitamin.

It's Fine. It's probably dead hair. Try using a more moisturizing conditioner. Also, if you don't, brush your hair more. :)
